SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver to South Africa & Lesotho within 5–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. This includes 1–2 working days for production and 3–5 working days for courier delivery. Remote areas and Lesotho may take slightly longer.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We strive to offer competitive rates while ensuring your Mahlanya pieces reach you safely.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Important Notes
- Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery
- If you're not available, the courier will leave a collection notice
