Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must still have its tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure that returns are requested first, as we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and ensure we resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
The item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
